USPS Priority: Orders placed in the morning usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM are generally dispatched the next business day. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday.
USPS First Class Mail: Orders placed before 10 a.m. will be shipped the same day. First class is the slowest mode of transportation, so take it easy if you choose this option. We recommend 2-3 days delivery priority, a little more. The first trimester can take up to a week, sometimes 2-3 days. This option is not guaranteed. First Class is only available for small packages weighing less than 1 pound. We may ship in padded envelopes.
Fedex Home Ground packages ship same day if ordered before 10am. If you are in the southeastern United States, this is the fastest way. Orders placed during the weekend are shipped on Monday. Check our floor map to see when your order will arrive:

Orders shipped to APO, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Wake Island, Alaska, and Hawaii via United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are packaged (usually within 24 hours) and shipped via US Priority Mail Service - fully insured and signature required (including fee).
Canada - Your government sucks, packages stuck in customs for over 5 weeks + high taxes. We recommend that you order from a local Canadian store or prepare for a long wait. Use a freight forwarder - see above.

A quick note about our return policy: The airsoft gun is a hobby grade electronic product. Airsoft products are not consumer grade toys. These are sensitive electronic devices that can be easily damaged if not maintained properly. They are also considered guns in some jurisdictions, so like Real Gun Stores, we have an "end of sales" policy. However, in order to keep our customers satisfied, we have the following exceptions to all our final sales policies:
Some products allow exchange within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are only available for manufacturer defects or shipping damage upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrectly shipped item, please contact our Customer Support immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly. Exchanges are usually for the exact same product, but we will consider other exchanges or store credits on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges are not returns. If defective or damaged, replacement is for the same or similar item. Replacements for manufacturer defects are made at our sole discretion directly by us or the manufacturer. After 14 days, the warranty always passes through the manufacturer. It is the customer's responsibility to pay shipping costs or shipping costs for all exchanges and defects.
Returns: We do not offer returns on any products. Due to the nature of airsoft products, all sales are final. Exchanges for defects only within 14 days. We do make some exceptions to returns on a case-by-case basis, but in general all sales are final.
Firearm Warranty: All firearms come with a full warranty directly from the manufacturer. Umarex, G&G, Valken, ASG and others extend the warranty by 30 days - 1 year depending on the project. Please check with the manufacturer for a warranty against defects. After 14 days, Airsoft Atlanta does not cover returns/warranty of manufacturer defective firearms. Items outside this range are subject to the above 14-day exchange policy. We do not bear the shipping costs.
