A quick note about our return policy: The airsoft gun is a hobby grade electronic product. Airsoft products are not consumer grade toys. These are sensitive electronic devices that can be easily damaged if not maintained properly. They are also considered guns in some jurisdictions, so like Real Gun Stores, we have an "end of sales" policy. However, in order to keep our customers satisfied, we have the following exceptions to all our final sales policies:

Some products allow exchange within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are only available for manufacturer defects or shipping damage upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrectly shipped item, please contact our Customer Support immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly. Exchanges are usually for the exact same product, but we will consider other exchanges or store credits on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges are not returns. If defective or damaged, replacement is for the same or similar item. Replacements for manufacturer defects are made at our sole discretion directly by us or the manufacturer. After 14 days, the warranty always passes through the manufacturer. It is the customer's responsibility to pay shipping costs or shipping costs for all exchanges and defects.

Returns: We do not offer returns on any products. Due to the nature of airsoft products, all sales are final. Exchanges for defects only within 14 days. We do make some exceptions to returns on a case-by-case basis, but in general all sales are final.

Firearm Warranty: All firearms come with a full warranty directly from the manufacturer. Umarex, G&G, Valken, ASG and others extend the warranty by 30 days - 1 year depending on the project. Please check with the manufacturer for a warranty against defects. After 14 days, Airsoft Atlanta does not cover returns/warranty of manufacturer defective firearms. Items outside this range are subject to the above 14-day exchange policy. We do not bear the shipping costs.

Before returning your product, please email us for an RMA number and include the RMA number on the outside of the package with your contact information inside.

Please allow 7-10 days for RMA exchanges or refunds to be processed as we are very busy with sales volume. If it has been more than two weeks since we received your RMA, please email us so we can follow up.
